With Town cost sharing, this project will include pedestrian facilities (sidewalks and paths), aesthetic treatments at the new CSX Bridge, and median and landscaping enhancements. NCDOT will replace existing pedestrian facilities but not complete gaps where there are no existing facilities without the Town cost sharing.
