Brown Community Center in FY29, Fire Station 2 in FY30, and the Police Department in future years. This proactive approach is recommended because procurement may take six months or longer in the event of a system failure. Public Safety Station 4’s HVAC is prioritized due to nearing the end of its usable life and experiencing temperature and humidity control issues.
