Then, a gravity sewer is needed to extend from the Friendship Elementary School site to the existing Little Beaver Creek outfall. Abandoning this pump station reduces maintenance and eventual upgrade costs, reduces overall risk to the sewer system, and reduces noise and odors from the site.
