View on Interactive Map →This project conducts a spillway study at the Lake Pine dam, located at the Apex Community Park, which is classified by the State to be a high hazard dam. This study would potential solutions and alternatives for rehabbing or replacing the Lake Pine spillway in order to increase climate resiliency, water quality, and flood control capability of Lake Pine. Not pursuing a spillway study would result in further deterioration of the current spillway and potentially endanger properties downstream.
