The renovation will convert the structure into functional space for Town staff use, including administrative work areas and additional storage space to support the Parks Division. Planned improvements include required ADA upgrades, reinforcement of structural supports to meet commercial standards, site improvements such as ADA-compliant parking and access routes, new interior finishes, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system upgrades.
