View on Interactive Map →The Public Works Campus Project is a 2-phase project that came out of the Facilities Master Plan based on current space need and future growth. Phase 1 is scheduled to begin planning, design, and construction after Water Resources is relocated to the new Perry Road site. Offices spaces, service bays, and shared support spaces would be renovated to fit the needs of Public Works. Phase 2 would include new service bays, new covered storage, enclosed warehouse at Public Works Campus to support overall Town growth of Public Works Department.
