View on Interactive Map →This project repairs and replaces aging sewer lines and manholes on Perry Road and NC55. The gravity sewer outfall leading to the Apex Water Resources Facility has been noted in a recent Hazen AIA sewer study to need repair and upgrade. This outfall is in one of the older sections of Town with noted moderate corrosion, wear, damage, defects and deposits on the sewer pipe and manholes. This project would address these issues, improving the quality and resilience of a key outfall in the Town's infrastructure.
